Conference Introduction

北京林業(yè)大學(xué)園林學(xué)院與國際文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)與修復(fù)研究中心（ICCROM）-世界自然保護(hù)聯(lián)盟（IUCN）世界遺產(chǎn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力計劃共同宣布將于2024年10月19日至21日在北京林業(yè)大學(xué)舉辦“連接文化和自然：ICCROM-BFU 2024遺產(chǎn)與景觀保護(hù)大會”。

The School of Landscape Architecture of the Beijing Forestry University (BFU) and the ICCROM-IUCN World Heritage Leadership programme announce the “Linking Culture and Nature: ICCROM-BFU HERITAGE & LANDSCAPE CONSERVATION CONFERENCE 2024” that will take place at BFU campus in Beijing, China from 19 to 21 October 2024.

此次“遺產(chǎn)與景觀保護(hù)大會”將匯集世界各地從事遺產(chǎn)地研究，特別是列入《世界遺產(chǎn)名錄》的文化景觀和混合遺產(chǎn)地的研究人員，就共同面臨的挑戰(zhàn)和機(jī)遇進(jìn)行交流，并探討研究機(jī)構(gòu)、大學(xué)、遺產(chǎn)地管理團(tuán)隊以及從業(yè)人員之間如何開展合作，建立以實(shí)踐為導(dǎo)向的研究合作關(guān)系，通過自然-文化一體化、基于遺產(chǎn)地、以人為本的方法，加強(qiáng)和改善這些遺產(chǎn)地的管理和保護(hù)。

The “Heritage & Landscape Conservation Conference” will bring together researchers from around the world working on heritage places, in particular cultural landscapes and mixed sites inscribed on the World Heritage List, to exchange about common challenges, opportunities and exploring how the collaboration between research institutes, universities, site management teams and practitioners can work together to establish practice-oriented research collaborations to strengthen and improve the management and conservation of these heritage places through nature-culture integrated, place-based and people-centred approaches.

會議將為評估全球遺產(chǎn)和景觀保護(hù)的最新進(jìn)展提供一個空間，并將正式宣布基于國際文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)與修復(fù)研究中心（ICCROM）與北京林業(yè)大學(xué)園林學(xué)院的合作而建立ICCROM-BFU遺產(chǎn)和景觀保護(hù)國際聯(lián)合實(shí)驗室。

The conference will offer a space to take stock of the global state of the art on heritage and landscape conservation and inform officially the establishment of  Joint Lab of Heritage & Landscape Conservation by BFU and ICCROM that has been launched through the collaboration between BFU and ICCROM.

會議主旨演講將有4個主要議題：
